Directed Energy Weapon Task Force From a City, County, State and Federal Level (For distribution to Government Officials) Task Force Protocol The Task Force objective is to provide assistance to alleviate the Directed Energy Weapon abuse and harassment against citizens until the laws can be changed. Individuals that are targeted by these Weapons need resources made available to prevent conditions in which extreme behavior occurs in an effort to circumvent extremism. Targeted Individuals, or those being abused with Directed Energy Weapons, need assistance facilitating and streamlining the process of documenting their complaints of Directed Energy Weapon abuse.
